Ceremony of cement production line furnace no. 1 of Long Son Cement

On the morning of 08/10/2016, furnace ceremony of cement production line no. 1 of Long Son Cement Plan in Dong Son Ward, Bim Son Town, Thanh Hoa took place. After this even, the plant will be offcially put into operation and production of cement to supply to the market.

By this time, Long Son cement plant has completed construction work and installation of machinery to put into operation in line 1 with the capacity of 6000 ton cement clinker per day.

Exactly at 7 o’clock on the morning of 08/10/2016, Long Son Cement Company solemnly celebrated the furnace ceremony and put the cement production line no. 1 into operation. Attending the ceremony were Mr. Trinh Quang Hai – Director of the Plant, staffs, technicians and senior advisers, they came to congratulate this event.

The cement production line no. 1 in Long Son Cement Plant has a total investment of more than 4000 billion, uses the most advanced equipment and machinery, in the estimation, Long Son cement products with Japanese production technology will produce 5 million tons of high-quality cement in a year after finishing both two production lines. Most of the equipment was imported and installed from famous brands of Japan, Federal Republic of Germany, Italy, Denmark, with high uniformity and fully automated.

In the near future, the plant will carry out to build and operate the production line no. 2 with a capacity equivalent to production line 1, promises to bring to the market an abundant and high quality supply of cement and clinker.

Long Son Cement Plant Project was built in 2014 with a total investment of more than 8000 billion. So far, the plant has been completed and formally put production line 1 into operation. It is the effort and determination of the entire leaderships and employees in Long Son plant.

The contribution of Long Son Cement Plant in the cement industry on a national scale not only increase the state budget but also contribute to moderate the cement market nationwide creating a strong cement industries complex. Moreover, the establishment of Long Son Cement Plant also contribute to creat jobs for hundreds of labors in and out of Thanh Hoa province

Although there are many challenges, Long Son Cement brand will still strive to become a world-class major cement brand and strongly develop the export and import of clinker to major markets. The objective is to bring benefit and good quality products to customers.
