Long Son cement plant opened the ceremony of burning furnace for the operation of the production line II
On the morning of August 16th, 2017, Long Son Cement Plant held a solemn ceremony of burning furnace to officially put the production line II into operation, increasing the total capacity of two production lines up to 14,000 tons/day equivalent to 5 million tons/year. The participants include leaders, staff, workers, senior technicians and partners of Long Son Cement Plant.
The production line II of Long Son cement plant has a total investment of more than 4,000 billion VND, with the most modern equipment from famous firms such as Loscher, IKN, ABB of the Federal Republic of Germany and the advanced production technologies of Japan. Thanks to a lot of advantages through the experiences from the production line 1, the production line has been smoothly implemented and put into operation in accordance with the preset criteria to meet the essential needs of the market and bring customers high-quality cement. This is also the achievement from continuous efforts and restless working of the leaders, staff and workers of Long Son Cement Plant.
In order to make contributions to building a the Green – Clean – Beautiful environment, Long Son Cement Plant continues to supply the two systems of waste heat recovery, accordingly, waste heat is utilized to generate electricity, consequently, the electricity is saved and the emissions, smoke and dust dispersed to the environment are minimized.
