On the 74th celebration of Vietnam’s Invalids and Martyrs Day (July 27, 1947 – July 27, 2021), Long Son Cement Company would like to send the best regards and deepest gratitude to veteran revolutionary comrades, Vietnamese Heroic Mothers, Hero of the people’s armed forces, Labor Hero, wounded and sick soldiers, relatives of martyrs, and people who have contributed to National Liberation Struggles.
On this special event, with national pride and boundless gratitude, we respectfully bow in memory of the great President Ho Chi Minh, the Heroes and martyrs who sacrificed themselves for the country.
In the war against the aggressors, according to the sacred call of the Fatherland, generations of generations have set out, joined forces, and unanimously “Death Decisions for The Country”. They sacrificed their whole lives for the independence and unification of the country. Understanding their sacrifice, Uncle Ho always had special feelings for wounded soldiers, martyrs and families who have contributed to country. Uncle Ho wrote: “The blood of wounded soldiers and martyrs has made the revolutionary flag more red. The heroic sacrifices of the martyrs bring independence and freedom to our country.” Therefore, he specially advised: “The Government and compatriots need to acknowledge their sacrifice properly”
Following Uncle Ho’s teachings as well as inheriting and promoting the tradition of “When you drink water, remember the source”, “When you eat fruit, remember who planted the tree”, Long Son Cement Company is now taking care of heroic Vietnamese mothers in Trieu Son district, Thanh Hoa province. This activity expresses the immense gratitude to the people who have shed their blood for the independence and freedom of the country.
