Ms. Hoang Thi Tuyet’s family in Phu Lang village, Ninh Van commune, Hoa Lu district has 4 people, 2 husband and wife and 2 children, her husband has chronic pancreatitis and cirrhosis of the liver, so he has long been unable to labor, all the burdens of care alone she has to bear. Her house was built a long time ago and is in poor condition, not enough space to use.
