Loose cement

Industrial bulk cement of Long Son Cement Factory is specifically designed for large-scale infrastructure projects. Bulk cement has a high residual grade and is stable in quality. Meets Vietnamese quality standards TCVN 6260:2009 and international standards ASTM C 1157-02 type GU or EN 197-1: 2000 type CEM II/A-M 42.5R.

+ Bulk cement PC50 & PCB40 has high early strength (R3 and R7) allowing to speed up progress and save construction costs.

+The time to start the cement setting process is adjusted to lengthen, thereby ensuring enough time to transport commercial cement to remote projects.

+ The content of free lime and MgO in cement is low < 1%, so there is no volume expansion after construction, and no cracking phenomenon of concrete blocks after being put into use.

+ The low R2O alkaline content in cement <0.5% eliminates the cause of corrosion and structural destruction, increasing the sustainability of concrete.

Concrete mixing plants using Long Son bulk cement will significantly save the amount of cement used, reduce construction costs and at the same time have stable quality concrete products in accordance with design standards.
